We offer multiple branches of health and wellness care

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care is a patient-centred, non-invasive, hands-on, regulated health care that is focused on your spine, muscles, joints and nervous system. We treat you without medication or surgery to prevent pain from returning. Chiropractic care can also promote health and improve your quality of life, as well as alleviate pain.

Adjustments and Mobilizations

Some patients who have sensitive nervous systems, osteoporosis, arthritis, obesity, other health issues, or fear of default chiropractic techniques may prefer gentle mobilization adjustments instead. Mild spinal mobilization techniques do not involve twisting the body or forceful thrust - rather it uses a slow movement to mobilize the joint.

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy is designed to speed up the healing process by stimulating your cells to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively. Laser therapy paired with chiropractic care is an effective treatment that can manage pain levels, stimulate nerve regeneration and ease inflammation to help patients heal from injuries or chronic pain.

Muscle Release Therapy

Whether it’s a sport injury or you work at a desk all day, you learn to live with minor discomfort. Muscle release therapy can target those restricted areas caused by chronic and acute pain. The benefits of MRT are that soft tissue can be corrected using non-invasive methods. Scar issue can be broken down, and rebuilt to optimize function in the body.

Soft Tissue Therapy

This form of therapy can help with your pain, function and overall musculoskeletal health. It’s useful for patients who suffer from poor posture, traumatic injury, strain or sprain from a specific activity. Soft tissue therapy helps to reduce inflammation, prevent further injury, reduce spasm, increase circulation and correct abnormal posture.

Registered Massage Therapy

Massage therapy treatment has a therapeutic effect on the body and optimizes health and well-being by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems. Physical function can be developed, maintained and improved; and physical dysfunction and pain and the effects of stress can be relieved or prevented through the use of massage therapy.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a manual form of therapy that emphasizes the relationship between the structure and function of the human body. This therapy follows a belief in the body’s ability to self-heal and self-regulate, which is why Osteopathic Manual Practitioners do not see themselves as healers, but instead as facilitators to health. Osteopathy focuses on facilitating the health of joints and muscles through non-invasive manual therapy, helping to strengthen the framework of the body.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping is a form of alternative medicine which dates back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese and Middle Eastern culture. The therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction, the benefits of which include: help with pain, migraines, anxiety, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Cupping is fairly safe as long as you go to a trained health professional.

Pre and Post Natal Massage

Prenatal massage helps pregnant women relieve stress and discomfort in pregnancy. Many pregnant women experience discomfort in the back, neck, and legs. Prenatal massage helps relieve headaches and swelling from increased blood flow in moms-to-be. It is just as important to get massage after baby arrives as it is during pregnancy. This relaxing and restorative massage eases muscle aches and fatigue, reduces swelling, relaxes the mind, reduces stress and helps you handle the physical demands of a newborn.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Some health conditions can interrupt the normal flow of lymph, causing lymph fluid to build up in a particular area of the body, often in the arms or legs, where it can causing swelling. After your appointment your therapist may go over basic techniques you can perform at home.
